Western Community College's first residence offers over 810 students a place to stay that is just steps from classes.

The shared suites include two private bedrooms, along with a shared common space, kitchenette and washroom per suite.

The shared apartments include two private bedrooms, as well as a shared common space, full kitchen and washroom per apartment.

The studios have a single bed with a private ensuite washroom and kitchenette.

All Suites, Apartments and Studios Feature:

Fully furnished, including a bed, mattress, desk, chair, desk lamp and dresser
Kitchenette with high-end finishes, including stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwaves and induction cooktops
Three piece bathroom
