Opening for Fall 2028 intake, this state-of-the-art student accommodation addresses the critical need for safe, affordable housing, supporting Western Community College's rapid growth. While construction is underway and completion slated for Fall 2028, sign up in advance to reserve your spot.

The spaces have been purposely crafted to let students live their best lives with comfort and connection. The building features modern shared suites, shared apartments and studios which all feature single bedrooms; stylish lounges; light-filled study spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows; a sleek MasterChef kitchen; laundry facillities; underground parking, and everything else a student could need. In addition to being right across from classes, this new residence makes it easy to study, live and belong at Western Community College. 

Good news for all non-WCC students: students from other campuses are welcome at City Centre 5! Within just a short walk to King George station, SkyTrain's Expo Line offers quick transit connections to get to your classes on time, wherever they are in Metro Vancouver.
